Alnova Pharmaceuticals SA is a 100 % subsidiary of the Alembic Global Holding SA. It is located in Switzerland. The basic objective of forming a wholly owned overseas subsidiary in Switzerland was to perform niche activities of research and development in pharmaceutical on platform technology viz., inhalation, tropicals, injectibles, and others under a separate entity. It aims at carrying out R & D activities in the area of pharmaceutical and biotechnological products. It also aims at the manufacturing of these products, their commercialization and all related activities. Alnova also intends to perform various activities in the areas of patents and other intellectual industrial property rights.
